Life is always moving us away from self-work and self-growth instead of towards. Work, kids, activities and sport, media and electronic-socialization keep us away from our deepest settlement, happiness. Being a wonderer myself, I started the search in my 20s seeking these answers through fitness, movement and sports. Being a student of a university for kinesiology, nutrition and the study of sports has made me understand the body in-depth on how to reach fitness and health. Also becoming a BCRPA personal trainer, my body felt strong, capable and confidant to meet any challenges ahead. But I was still faced with the truth, when not training, when not lifting, am I truly happy? and if not what am I missing. I moved to Spain and took up massage therapy, trying to understand the holistic side of the body, how to recover, how to heal and how to make it reach its optimal performance. This made me understand, we don’t only need to challenge our body’s but heal and connect within to reach a happier self.

So, specialized in powerlifting, nutrition, athletic performance, recovery and therapy healing, I thought, that must be the aspects to being happy. Unfortunately, still feeling there was so much to a person then movement and recovery, so I decided to tap into my biggest life saving moments, the mountains and Mother Nature. there was always a profound feeling of happiness and self worth in the mountains. Knowing I can’t reach my clients full potential unless I somehow incorporate the mountains in their life, I become ACMG Rock Guide. Humans need to tap into the outdoors to destress and reconnect with peace. Over the years, I knew there was an area that is primary but have yet to understand, the mind. Becoming certified as a life coach, and further research in psychology was the next step. Thus I became a mind, body and soul profession.

Mental training is a critical component of overall health and fitness. Just as we strengthen our bodies through physical exercise, we can enhance our mental well-being through dedicated mental training and self awareness. This practice involves elevating our cognitive abilities, improving focus, and developing resilience to manage stress and challenges in our life effectively. By incorporating mental training into our fitness program, we can unlock our true potential, boost confidence, and achieve great success in many aspects of life.
